It is with great pleasure that I can inform you that we made it all the way from Southern California to Portland to the Roseburg FedEx office last Saturday with two minutes to spare! Yes, TWO minutes--despite the series of fateful events along the way (too numerous to relate). And, as I listened to the ooohhs! and aaahhs! between bites from all who enjoyed your marvelous creation, I couldn't help but regale them with the tale of the great Roseburg cheesecake from Cheesecake Momma! All in all, a delicious ending to a great story--destiny at its best.
You went above and beyond all expectations to ensure we had this cheesecake for our special event, and for that I could not be more grateful. I know of very few organizations that would have become so personally involved in their customer's satisfaction. Robin, you are one in a million, and your cheesecakes--TOTALLY AWESOME!! It was a pleasure getting to know you as well as your cheesecakes for this dinner party. Your dessert was very well received-however, they all couldn't eat the large portion you cut. (I did tell them that this is what their customers get when they order.)

Here I am, a 52 year old California native living in (shudder) Birmingham Alabama! I wanted something special to send my family in CA and there you were on my internet search. Perfect! Such high praise was impressive. The people speaking so highly of you are all people I respect.
My sister, an accomplished pastry chef living in Albion, will receive one of your cakes soon, as well. We ate at a wonderful Thai restaurant in Ukiah when I last visited, in 2003. Thank you for being there, and for quality & individuality.
