We SHIP Monday through Thursday, for DELIVERY Tuesday through Friday. Every cheesecake is being shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. We have to receive your order BEFORE 12:00 Noon (Pacific Time) the day BEFORE you want your cheesecake to arrive.
For delivery tomorrow, place your order BEFORE 12:00 Noon PT today.

When do I have to place my order if I want it delivered the next day?
We have to receive your order BEFORE 12:00 Noon (Pacific Time) the day BEFORE you want your cheesecake to arrive. For delivery tomorrow, place your order BEFORE 12:00 Noon PT.
Can I order a cheesecake to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday?
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20. Please order Saturday delivery by phone. FedEx will not deliver on Saturday to some remote or rural areas. Sorry, we can not ship cakes to arrive on Sunday or Monday.
Why can't I have a cheesecake delivered on Monday?
We can not initiate a shipment on the weekend.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. However, you must make your order by phone.
Do you ship to Canada or other International destinations?
Unfortunately no. Our perishable cheesecakes cannot withstand customs delays.
How does your pricing work? Is shipping included?
You'll see the FedEx shipping charge that will be added to each order on your checkout page before your credit card information is requested.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our packaging insures that every cheesecake will arrive in perfect condition. In the event that there is no one home, FedEx will leave the cake if it seems safe to do so. The cake should last 2 days in the container...especially during the winter months! Many of our shipments are left at the door. As an alternative, we recommend that you ship to a business address, if possible, if there is somebody there all day to receive the cheesecake.
Can I have the cheesecake delivered to a P.O. Box?
No. FedEx will only deliver to a physical address.
What time will my cheesecake arrive?
We ship all of our cheesecakes via FedEx Priority Overnight service. Your cheesecake is guaranteed to arrive by 12:00pm local time.
If I order two cheesecakes for the same address can they be sent in one package at less cost?
Unfortunately, no. Each cheesecake has to go into it's own specially designed thermo package. And our shipping charges are based on a particular size and weight. If you want to order 6 or more cheesecakes please call us for special pricing and shipping information.
Can I order today for delivery in the future (e.g.,can I order two cheesecakes for delivery on Tuesday of next week)?
Yes, you can. Just type in your preferred delivery date during check-out. We ship for delivery every day except Sunday and Monday. For deliveries on Saturday, please order by phone.
How do you keep the cheesecakes cold?
We ship our cheesecakes frozen. Our custom designed inner-shipping container completely surrounds the cheesecake with Styrofoam insulation. Dry ice is placed around the packaging to keep it cold. The outer shipping container is a corrugated box for added strength and protection. The cheesecake will arrive either partially frozen, or cold and ready to serve.
How many servings can I get from each cheesecake?
The 6 inch cheesecake (1.5 lb.) serves 5-6. The 9 inch cheesecake (4 lbs.) serves up to 16.
Can I include a greeting card with the cheesecakes?
Yes, we will ask you for your greeting card text when you check out and will then include your message on a special greeting card.
