About us:
"Cheesecake Momma is me, Robin Collier, and my fantastic team. I've been baking cheesecakes for more than 30 years now, professionally since the late 70's. I started out in my hometown of Philadelphia, where a cheesecake from my first bakery, "You Take The Cake," won the coveted and prestigious "Best In Philly" award from Philadelphia Magazine in 1979.
From 1982 to 1991, as "The Cheesecake Lady," I delivered my delicious cakes to the finest hotels and restaurants in Northern California--from Coastal Mendocino to the Napa Valley; from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe. After a brief hiatus to have and care for my two beautiful daughters, I'm back now as "Cheesecake Momma"...ain't no lady no more!
From the small rural town of Ukiah, in the heart of Mendocino County's wine country, my "all-natural," high quality, "taste even better than they look" cheesecakes are sweeping the nation. Everyone who samples them tells us our taste is the best around. Here, at Cheesecake Momma, we make each of our flavors by hand, the old fashioned way, with loving attention and perfection. Our consistency, our fanatic attention to detail, and our absolute commitment to our standards for quality are what really set us apart from other cheesecake companies. |
